HELP! Team is not created!

Hello, i created a team called "Fanta" and after i did relog, i was not in the team, and i can't find it anymore, if i want to do Team Properties, there is "You are not in a team", now i lost 1 million because of that, so i want the team being created, or my money back, please answer only in english here, thanks!
